Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the MoonLaunch mobile application or website. By accessing or using MoonLaunch, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MoonLaunch app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MoonLaunch is a decentralised application (dApp) that allows users to create, launch, buy, sell, and trade meme tokens on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) via PancakeSwap V2. MoonLaunch is a non-custodial platform — we do not hold, manage, or control your funds or private keys.
3. Financial Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency and token trading involves significant financial risk. The value of tokens can go to zero. You may lose all funds you invest. MoonLaunch does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any token. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. No Warranties
MoonLaunch is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your private keys and wallet credentials.
- Not use MoonLaunch for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Not attempt to manipulate token prices, engage in wash trading, or conduct market manipulation.
- Not launch tokens designed to defraud other users (e.g. honeypots, rug pulls).
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to abuse the platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
6. Token Creation
MoonLaunch allows users to launch tokens on the BNB Smart Chain. By launching a token, you represent that the token does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the tokens you create and any consequences arising from their existence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonLaunch and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software associated with MoonLaunch are the property of MoonLaunch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MoonLaunch at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MoonLaunch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
